Human Talent – Consultoria Serviços, Lda has been operating since 2022 under the Health Team brand, hereinafter referred to as "HT".

HT markets innovative and specialized services for the Health sector, corresponding to the search for commercial and customizable solutions in order to achieve maximum effectiveness and profitability, through a structure totally dedicated and committed to its Customers, based on quality and rigor.

HT's policy of operation is governed by the quality of its services, the motivation of its employees and the fulfilment of the commitments made to the Client.

Thus, HT Management established as guiding principles the following premises:

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, providing a specialized service of high quality, appropriate to the specific needs of each Client.
  2. Promote the training and motivation of employees to ensure their professional growth, fostering team spirit and individual and collective accountability.
  3. Ensure and preserve the confidentiality of the data processed.
  4. Comply with the good practices that govern the Pharmaceutical Industry and the Health Sector, in particular those that are the subjects of the Good Pharmacovigilance Practices.
  5. Comply with the legal requirements applicable to the activity.
  6. Wage on the continuous improvement of the Organization, with a view to the constant optimization of resources and processes, to obtain increased advantages for all stakeholders. The adherent’s information management (patients and health professionals) is carried out exclusively within the scope of the HT Technical Department, which consists exclusively of health professionals. In addition to its confidentiality obligations as health professionals, the entire Team has signed a confidentiality agreement within the framework of the functions it performs.

This Privacy Policy considers the collection and processing of personal data on the healthteam.pt website in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Human Talent - Consultoria Serviços, Lda., based at Av. da Torre de Belém n.º 19 – 1º Esq., 1400-342 Lisboa, hereinafter referred to by its brand “Health Team” is the controller for processing the personal data of users of the website, which may include, among others, the name, email address, telephone number and/or mobile phone, address, date of birth, professional data such as profession, training and/or professional experience. The personal data collected will be digitally stored for the period necessary to pursue the purposes of collection or further processing, after which they will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to maintain such data for a certain period of time which will comply with.

Exercise of rights

To conduct such withdrawal the User should use the above-mentioned contacts.

Any User may file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (www.cnpd.pt), which is the supervisory authority in Portugal, if he/she considers that an infringement of the rights of protection of his/her personal data has occurred.
