The Health Team, in partnership with a technology company, offers the Click2Care personal monitoring alarm service. This service is supported by portable device. Personalized service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, conducted by health professionals, who ensure the triage of occurrences and, if necessary, use emergency means to assist the patient user.

This product promotes greater autonomy for its users as it works anywhere with Vodafone's mobile coverage network. The system can be used in any situation where a person may need assistance: elderly people, people with reduced mobility, the chronically ill and workers in isolated locations.

Contact with the Digital Interaction Center can be carried out:

  • by intentionally activating the device's alarm button or automatically;
  • by the automatic fall detection system that the equipment integrates;
  • or even if the user cross the geographical limit previously configured for a certain equipment (geofencing – optional functionality).
